K13G Series

K13G series engine is a product optimized by Kangwo Power on the basis of the original K12G generator set and marine diesel engine, which has significant upgrading in product quality, reliability, economy, environmental protection, vibration noise and outline. Fuel system, intake and exhaust supercharging system and combustion system are all optimized.

Characteristics:

1) The technology of electronic unit pump technology is interchangeable with mechanical fuel pump. The drive system is optimized. Direct connection technology is applied to reduce fault and inaccuracy of elastic connection, simplify assembly process and make working performances of fuel injection pump more stable

2) The design of oil-gas separation system with large flow and backflow oil reduces exhaust gas pressure inside the diesel generator, increases heat dissipation performance, improves engine operating power, reduces oil temperature and prolongs engine service life.

3) The integrated design scheme of engine oil filter and engine oil cooler forms an integrated and seamless structure.

4) The exhaust pipe is made of alloy casting that is resistant to high temperature and uses direct inserting seamless connection to reduce air leakage and improve high temperature resistance.

5) The diesel oil filtration technology featuring large flow and oil-water separation increases fuel filtration rate, optimizes fuel efficiency, reduces emission and improves engine economy.

6) Use of the tangential air passage design renders the intake organization of low swirl flow and large flow, realizes higher intake efficiency and makes combustion more complete.

7) Advanced ceramic chrome plated piston ring technology is used in connection with laser multi-angle alloy thin-wall cylinder sleeve effectively reduces engine oil consumption. Use of multiple filtration of engine oil prolongs service life of engine oil and reduces service cost of the user.
